… but due to some technical issues, or maybe just that fact that we were busy with other stuff, we didn’t upload any new clips and missions. Still, next week the blog will be back and running.

We only got one response to the first mission and one in the second so we’d like to know if you’re interested in this blog or not and if you think we should keep it running. So, there’s a poll and we hope you’ll vote and let us know what we should do next.

Mission 2 – City Music

Find a place in your town where you can listen to music on the street. It doesn’t matter if it’s from a street band, a terrace, a car or any other source. The single request is to capture the music played and the source of the sound. You can either record the sound and take a picture of the source or film a clip that captures both.

This is our example of how the recording should look like, but you can do it any way you want

Mission 1 – Train Station

Go to a train station and record (audio and/or video) the sound that announces the arrival or departure of the next train. In case the train station you’re in doesn’t play any sounds, record the announcer’s voice – the first phrase.

Update: We learned that not all train stations across the world play sounds to announce the arrivals/departures. In fact, most of them don’t, and rely on written announcements. So, if that’s the case in your local train station, please let us know through a comment.
